| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate Alert Response - MCL Violation DETAILS: Received alerts for nitrate samples collected 10/15/08 at 10.7 mg/L and 1/19/09 at 11.2 mg/L. I faxed a public notice to be posted and spoke with Joy Harris at the Mill who said she would post the notice on their bulletin boards. Was told that there are no infants at the facility, bottled water is provided for employees, and no-one there drinks the tap water. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to post public notice, return dated copy to DWP, research treatment options. | ||
