| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform and E.coli DETAILS: 9/29/08 - Left voice mail for David to call me. 10/3/08 - I called David again and spoke with his brother-in-law who is house-sitting while David is on vacation. All residents of the system are aware of the situation and know not to consume the water. He also mentioned that an unknown quantity of bleach has been added to the system recently in an attempt to disinfect the system. 10/6/08 - David called and left a message. I called back & left him a message advising him to collect repeat samples today if possible. 10/10/08 - I called and asked David why he hasnt turned samples in. He said he would bring them in Monday. I emailed the boil water advisory and sampling techniques fact sheet to David at 5 pm. 10/15/08 - One of two samples collected on 10/12/08 was positive for total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: See the alert dated 10/15/08 | ||
