Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Two routine samples returned positive on 12/3 both these were taken from "frost free" bibs. Three other samples returned negative results. After consultation with James Nusrala it was decided to sample the source because of the recent number of positive samples from the system. The source is a spring box with no sampling tap so a dip sample was taken that also returned a positive result on 12/5. On 12/10/I accompanied the operator David to sample at 2645 Kingsley Rd the second home on the system. Both samples were negative. James contacted me with his concern that the system may become a Significant Non Compliant (SNC).He asked that I fax the lab reports from the two samples taken on 12/10 and I faxed them on 12/30. James consulted with Carrie Salis and the data management group to keep Oak Grove off the SNC list. ACTION NEEDED: Take five routine samples in January both above and below the reservoirs and to avoid frost free hydrants.
