| Details: | SUMMARY: main line break - system pressure/water loss DETAILS: Received information that system had a water main break (at 10:00 am) and repairs were underway. When I arrived on site at 4:00, the water was back on. DWP was not notified of system water loss till 3:00. ACTION NEEDED: Bill had told system they needed to be on a boil water notice. Also asked them to pull a coliform test on Monday, April 20. | ||
