| Details: | Spoke with Kathleen Goode who is the contact person for this water system. I emailed her the Level 1 investigation form to fill out and the letter from the state requesting her to do so. This site is currently closed at this time. She is going to leave the boil water notice posted. She also thinks that the low residual of the chlorine is contributing to the positive t.coliform samples from the distribution. She plans to take another 5 temporary routine samples as well. She plans to adjust the chlorine residual and flush the system since there hasn't been enough pressure in the system due to low usage at this site. | ||
