Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic DETAILS: Sample taken 11/08/08 result at 0.0107. Spoke with Mr. Paradis and discussed the issue the system did have with a power supply, the problem has been corrected. Are sampling quarterly for arsenic. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to take quarterly arsenic samples and complete plan review for the arsenic treatment.
