| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: System had coliform detection on January 2009 sample. I called and spoke with Virginia and instructed her to take 4 repeat samples and where to take them from. I reminded her to take 5 temporary routine samples in February. I asked her to call me back if any of the repeat samples have detections. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on resampling results. | ||
