| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting for 4th quarter 2008 DETAILS: System violated coliform for no reporting. Called system and discussed with Gary. 4th quarter sample was taken 12/30/08 but was misplaced or could have arrived late at the state. Also, discussed missing 4th quarter sample for Skyline Park. They just forgot to take this sample. ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarter sampling for coliform. State database to show 12/30/08 sample. | ||
