| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform violation DETAILS: System violated coliform reporting for 4th quarter 2008. Called operator Dan and discussed. The train is now closed as of 12/31/08 but they were open 4th quarter 2008 but forgot to take sample. The future for the train is unclear so he agreed to take a routine sample soon, 1st quarter 2009. Spoke with the City of Prineville 2/25/09. Proposed lease fell through and train not open during 1st quarter 2009. Absent sample required before re-opening. ACTION NEEDED: Take routine quarterly smaple ASAP and continue to take quarterly samples. Call if status changes. | ||
