| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Scott Kruger spoke to Gary on 1/20/09 at 10:00am. Gary stated that a boil water notice was distributed to customers on 1/16/09. Gary stated that the system was being shock chlorinated today and a special sample would be submitted when the system was free of chlorine. Gary is faxing a copy of the boil water notice and understand that the notice is to stay in effect until the special sample returns negative. Gary understand that he is to submit five repeat samples in February. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of the special sample. | ||
