| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: System had a positive coliform on 1/21/09. Got call from Box R Lab and discussed. Called Jim. Sherri from lab is working with system and will be taking 4 repeat samples. We discussed the deficiencies from 2006 survey as possible causes. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeats ASAP and then 5 temporary routines in February. Call if repeats positive. Will need Public Notice. | ||
