| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: On violation list 3rd quarter 2008 for not enough samples in November. Discussed with operator several times. System had coliform alert for 3 of 5 routines in October. System was supposed to take 5 temporary routines in November but took 2 in November and 2 in December. All 4 absent. Discussed violation. ACTION NEEDED: Continue taking quarterly coliform samples starting 1st quarter 2009. System has had several positive routines in last few years. May consider monthly sampling if problem persists. | ||
