| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: System on 3rd quarter 2008 violation list for monitoring and reporting. System was supposed to take 5 temporary routines in November following positive coliform on Oct.2. Called owner Jay and discussed. He said he was on vacation and just forgot about 5 temporary routines. He said he just took 4th quarter routine in December. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to take quarterly coliform and call if any confusion regarding repeats/temporary routine samples. No Public Notice needed as no one at lodge at this time. | ||
