| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: Positive coliform 1/17/09. Called operator Lewis and discussed. 4 repeats taken Monday 1/12 and all absent. Discussed need for 5 temporary routines in February. Sample site is close to ground and a new routine sampling site has been established. Two samples taken on same day, 1 by Umpqua and one by Pyxis. Lewis will look into this. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temporary routines in February and if all absent can go back to monthly. | ||
