Details: SUMMARY: Quarterly nitrate at 5.5 ppm DETAILS: I spoke to Mr. Gebhart and Karen Kelly about hi samples for 2008. Karen stated that he could return to annual sampling based on test results. The highest sample was in the first quarter of 2008 and Karen suggested he take his yearly samples in the first quarter. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of first quarter 2009 sample.
