| Details: | SUMMARY: SNC resolution contact DETAILS: System received SNC for not reporting endothol with SOC sample in 2005. Scott Kruger contacted Delta Environmental in Eugene and found out that the endothol test was subcontracted to another lab and not reported. I reported this information to the church. I am sending documentation with SNC resolution to the state. ACTION NEEDED: File SNC resolution report. | ||
