| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Called Terry Smith and could not get through. Called the Umpqua Lab and spoke with Kathy who said that they are out getting the 4 repeats today. On 1/23/09 I called the lab again and learned that the 4 repeats were all good. They will collect 5 routines next month. ACTION NEEDED: System to do 5 routines next month. | ||
