| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to report enough coliform sample results in November 2008 DETAILS: Contacted Bruce by phone on January 7th and January 9th 2009 to discuss the coliform monitoring violation. It was determined that the violation was triggered due to incomplete reporting. On November 6, 2008 two samples were collected however only one sample result was successfully reported to the state. ACTION NEEDED: Bruce followed up with their contract lab to request the transmittal of the second sample result. | ||
