| Details: | SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan (ERP) completed DETAILS: I reviewed ERP sent by operator Jeff. The plan was missing some information. I contacted Mr. Stewart by phone and requested additional info. I referred him to the state website and the state ERP model. He faxed me additional info and is using the entire state model plan for his ERP as per operator statement. The state model ERP with the faxed info meets the minimum requirements.
