| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up on non reporting coliform DETAILS: System has had challenges meeting coliform standards on this well. During the last water survey I requested that if the system chose to keep the system off line that I be notified. I guess that never happened. ACTION NEEDED: Sent letter and water system information form which requested that the system be deactivated. It appears that we get copies of the abandonment paperwork. | ||
