| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up call to owner DETAILS: The system was overdue for testing. I have contacted the owner of the facility to encourage him to get the overdue testing caught up on. I called Pyxis Lab directly and spoke to Mark - he said that the tests have been completed except Pb/Cu. Results have been sent to the state on 1/26/09 ACTION NEEDED: Lab will drop off Pv/Cu bottles when they take the next bacteriological tests. The next tests are due in the first quarter of 2009 | ||
