Details: SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan (ERP). DETAILS: Initial contact with operator made 2/10/09 via telephone regarding ERP. Discussed with the operator what is happening at a state level and the need for an ERP for their water system. Made appointment with operator to visit on 2/20/09 to discuss ERP and what it entails, as well as provide a paper copy and inform where on the web to obtain an electronic copy.
