| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic alert DETAILS: I spoke with Ken by phone and he informed me they are considering deepening their main well and are meeting with a state geologist to determine if it is an option. The system has had ongoing detections that are above the MCL and have been issued an Administrative Order. They have until June 30, 2009 to submit a plan review to state. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on removal plan. | ||
