Details: SUMMARY: Follow up on positive coliform DETAILS: Positive coliform on 2/12/09. Spoke with Judy and she believes work might have been done to the distribution system. Repeat samples will be drawn on 2/19/09 and she will call with the results. 3/9/09 Judy did not call with results. Checked state website and repeat sample was absent. ACTION NEEDED: Call Judy and remind her that 5 routines will be required in the month of March.
