| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: Site visit to look at UV system installed in September. System consists of two Hallett 30 UV lamps with cartridge pre-filters. Spoke with Delpha Petersen and requested 2 monthly coliform samples March and April 2009. One routine from distribution and one special from raw sample tap pre UV to ensure no fecal coliforms. Discussed moving raw sample tap to inlet into pump house to be before pressure tanks. ACTION NEEDED: Will send plan review documents to Pendleton office. | ||
