| Details: | SUMMARY: Stage 2 DBPR 40/30 certification assistance DETAILS: System has not submitted the necessary paperwork to receive a 40/30 certification from USEPA. PWS is on a violation list for non submittal of certification forms. Wendy Marshall has requested HBH assistance to contact PWS and help with completion of forms. I contacted Wendy Marshall to discuss approach and options for PWS in order to comply. I contacted Louellyn and reviewed what to submit to USEPA and filled out the 40/30 certification form and faxed it to him. I also faxed him the system DBP results which are necessary to be sent to USEPA. The system needs a distribution map of the water lines and I gave her some ideas about where to find it (engineering firm, county HD files) ACTION NEEDED: None at this time | ||
