| Details: | SUMMARY: Cross Connection Program Assistance DETAILS: PWS requested assistance to evaluate the system for potential cross connections and how to approach the users in identifying them and whether assemblies or devices are required at all connection. John had received information regarding this program. I met with John on December 10 and reviewed the basics on cross connections and provided him with a checkpoint/questionnaire for his users to help determine health risks in the system. I also reviewed the current enabling authority. It is somewhat outdated, does cover the basics necessary to discontinue service if necessary. I got a copy of it and will update it and provide it in MS Word format for them to have electronically. ACTION NEEDED: Review and update the enabling authority. | ||
