Gave paper copy and discussed with them what is required for the ERP and why it is needed. Also gave them information on where the electronic form can be found online. Further discussed the time frame for completing the plan and where form needs to be sent. ACTION NEEDED: Operator to complete ERP form and mail to state. | ||
