Details:	SUMMARY: Sent letter to Jan Day for Lead DETAILS: As discussed on December 11, 2008, the next step is to replace and/or remove the fixtures noted. You are also required to resample the sites for lead and copper after the plumbing replacement to determine if the replacement was effective. If the plumbing replacement was effective, a written description of the Plumbing Replacement Program is required. ACTION NEEDED: Will discuss the results of the resampling after I receive a copy of all test results.
