| Details: | SUMMARY: Left message regarding compliance agreement DETAILS: I called and left a voice mail for Jerry regarding the draft Bilateral Compliance Agreement that I sent him on April 2, 2009. Jerry has not responded with any comments about the agreement, nor has their been an indication that the school district will sign the document. I stated that if the district will not sign an agreement that the drinking water program will have to go forward and isse and administrative order. ACTION NEEDED: Receive response from the district regarding the compliance agreement or issue an administrative order in May 2009. | ||
