| Details: | SUMMARY: Spoke to Tom regarding coliform sampling and further enforcement. DETAILS: I called Tom regarding the civil penalties previously assessed against the park and the continued lack of coliform samples being submitted by the park. Tom seemed surprised that samples were not being submitted and thought the situation was resolved. I suggested that contracting with a laboratory to collect the samples directly may be an option to avoid future monitoring violations, even if only for six months when the system would return to compliance. Tom also provided Donna Hellers phone number for contact with her (530-945-1294). ACTION NEEDED: Await sample results and reassess the need for additional civil penalties. | ||
