| Details: | SUMMARY: Contacted regarding M&R for Nitrate and Coliform DETAILS: Called water system regarding failure to collect samples for Nitrate in 2007 and 2008. Sally indicated that she would collect sample for Nitrate in 2009. Also called the lab, Spring Street, to inform that the school has two water system numbers and each system needs to collect nitrate samples yearly and coliform samples quarterly. The lab indicated that they did collect a nitrate sample in 2008, but the sample was listed with the other water system ID number. The lab said they will change the ID number and send a copy to Portland. ACTION NEEDED: Collect nitrate samples yearly and coliform samples quarterly. | ||
