| Details: | SUMMARY: Called water system regarding M&R violation for Coliform. DETAILS: Called water system, Brian Baker, regarding M&R violation for nitrate. He was not aware of the requirment to monitor for nitrate. Also, informed him that they need to collect quarterly samples for coliform and that in the next year they will need to collect a one time sample for Arsenic. ACTION NEEDED: Collect nitrate samples yearly, coliform samples quarterly and a one time arsenic sample. | ||
