| Details: | SUMMARY: Discuss response to four repeat total coliform positive, need to disinfect & do five routines next mo. DETAILS: Routine TC+ and 4 repeats TC+ on 4/23/09. SDWIS rpts 3 wells. These are inactive. 4th well used (not on SDWIS). Households contacted to use bottled water. Disinfection by operator planned, as done before. Operator reminded to do 5 routines next month. Guidance provided on disinfection dosage and time. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to locate point of contamination. Install sample tap at well head. Sample well water. Disinfect system with chlorine. | ||
