| Details: | SUMMARY: Followup on SNC Issues DETAILS: After reviewing SDWIS for this facility and not finding required monitoring submissions for DPB (March 31 2009 deadline) or As and VOC (December 31 2008 deadline) I called Betty to inquire about status of the late sampling. As far as I can determine Betty has made no progress responding to SNC from my last contact report of March 23, 2009. She claims she has been quite busy. I explained to her that she is listed as a Significant NonComplier and that it is very important to collect the DPB, As, and VOC samples as soon as possible. Once again she said she would do so. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for required action. | ||
