| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample 12/29/08 DETAILS: Left phone message. Paul called back & left message to let me know that the samples was not taken from the system. The sample was pulled from a system that is not served by Wooded Hills. I called Mark Leed at Pyxis Labs and he confirmed that the sample was in fact pulled from the wrong house. They sent letter to state saying the sample was not from system. I asked if another sample had been pulled from the system he said no but they would send a tech out in the next day or two to pull another sample. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor to be sure that the system takes another sample. | ||
