ACTION NEEDED: Loan condition identified: City of Dundee is required to develop an Emergency Response Plan that includes water system security. Short term deficiencies identified: The City is required to develop a written coliform sampling plan. The City is required to sample for Lead and Copper between June 1st and September 30th, 2009. The City is required to sample Radiological contaminants (Gross Alpha, Radium 226/228 and Uranium) quarterly at Entry Point B (Pruitt Wells #5 and #6).
