| Details: | SUMMARY: Capacity Assessment DETAILS: Capacity Assessment for SRF Loan Application 033003757. ACTION NEEDED: The following deficiencies will need to be corrected as a condition of the loan:1.Concrete slabs must be poured around casings for wells #8, #7, and #4. 2.Raw water sample taps must be installed for all wells 3.Screened well vents must be installed on all wells 4.Wells #4 and #8 will have to be approved through the DHS-DWP plan review process 5.Non-NSF Standard 61 piping in the treatment building for well #7 will have to be replaced with NSF Standard 61 piping. | ||
