| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform DETAILS: 1/21/09 Left message to discuss. 1/22/09 Toyne Tibbets called and said a well company was due out this afternoon to sanitize the well. He felt that a pipe had been pulled out from construction a few months ago and that may be the cause. I emailed Toyne the public notice template for unresolved total coliform. I let him know that he should give all 9 homes on the system a written copy and asked him to send this office a copy for the file. I also let him know that they need to take 5 temporary routine samples for February. If those were negative then they were back on their normal quarterly schedule. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor repeats | ||
