| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform for 2 samples DETAILS: January 20, 2009 had 2 repeat samples positive. This is the second round this month. I spoke with Larry who told me that both of the repeat samples were from the kitchen. I mentioned that a public notice will be required. A completed notice was sent to me by Nancy Blofsky which is attached. David Anderson of the DEQ in Bend who is involved with the filtration aspect of this water system, recommended that the next coliform samples are taken at locations where water first enters the school from the well. That way, it is easier to determine if the coliform situation is a well problem or a kitchen problem. ACTION NEEDED: Take additional samples after system has flushed the chlorine out of the system, I.e. three days. Five routine samples will still be required in February. | ||
