| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample DETAILS: January 8, 2009 received alert. I called Larry and spoke with a maintenance worker on the situation. She forwarded me to Darryl who informed me that he not longer takes water samples for the system and that Spring Street Analytical will be the ones taking the samples. Lisa from Spring Street confirmed that they will go to Keno Elementary today and take the 4 repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Four repeats needed. If one or more of those samples come back positive then corrective action is required. Five routine samples required in February. | ||
