| Details: | SUMMARY: alert follow up 4/23/09 DETAILS: Communicated with Jeff about this. Sample was coded incorrect making this a MCL violation. So - I sent the template for the public notice that needs to be posted. I met with Forest Service personnel on 4/29/09 and reviewed sample collection procedures and the TCR. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice and collect 5 routine samples. | ||
