| Details: | SUMMARY: BOIL WATER NOTICE - loss of water pressure DETAILS: Spoke to Darlene about no water service complaint fielded from user. Darlene mentioned a loss in water pressure, due to water leaks. System inspecting leaks to restore pressure. I mentioned that a Tier 1 Boil Water Notice needs to be provided to all users within 24 hours, and steps to shock chlorinate the system and that a coliform absent sample will be necessary before the notice may be lifted. Mentioned requirement for 20 psi at all times in system. ACTION NEEDED: Boil Water Notice to be filed immediately. Darlene is the contact for the water system. | ||
