| Details: | SUMMARY: Spoke with Mr. Den Heyer regarding the recently assessed civil penalty. DETAILS: Mr. Den Heyer called to express his concerns regarding the recently assessed civil penalty against Myrtle Tree RV Park. After a discussion of the compliance requirements included in the administrative order issued in January I explained that until we can verify that the surface water treatment is operating properly at the park, the water can not be considered safe. ACTION NEEDED: Await the results of a water system inspection on 5/6/2009 and either move forward with a contested case hearing to assess the full civil penalty or attempt to reach a settlement depending on the conditions at the system. | ||
