| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead exceedance of 0.0156ppm DETAILS: Charlie Cline drew the Lead and Copper samples on 6/14/08. Charlie said that the last day of school was 6/13/08. The system sat unused from 5pm the evening of 6/13/08 until Charlie drew sample the morning of 6/14/08. Charlie said that her knew for sure where four of the samples sites were located. 1. Boys restroom, 2. Girls restroom, 3. Office/kitchen sink, and the sink fountain in a classroom. He thinks the last site was at the raw sample tap. I will confirm sampling sites with lab slips. ACTION NEEDED: Determine if sample sites are valid and samples are representative after receiving lab slips. | ||
