| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliforms on follow up samples DETAILS: December 4, 2008, alert for two positive follow up samples. Spoke with Anita Warden who informed me that after the initial 3 of 4 repeat samples showing as positive that Public Notice was posted at the mailboxes and system had been chlorinated. Then on Dec 3, two special/clarification samples were taken and both showed up as positive. Anita tells me that later today the system will increase their chlorination and flush the chlorine out of the system on Sunday. ACTION NEEDED: System needs to take corrective action to solve the total coliform problem. They are chlorinating the system and users of the system have been informed. | ||
