| Details: | SUMMARY: Six positive total coliform, two positive for E.coli DETAILS: 1/12/09 Spoke with Jim on the phone. I told him to post a boil water notice or at least go door to door to advise residents to boil water until this situation is resolved. 1/13/09 Neilson Research called and said Jim chlorinated the well prior to collecting the samples. The samples that he brought in today should not be run. We advised that he fully shock chlorinate the system today, wait five days until the chlorine is completely out of the system and then collect one special sample on January 20. 1/20/09 Spoke with Kim from Neilson Research and she says that Jim brought 3 samples in. 2/6/09 I spoke with Alec from Neilson Research. Jim says he ran one special sample on 1/20/09 analyzed and that it came up negative. 2/20/09 Alex from Neilson Research informed me that five temporary routines were submitted on 2/16/09 and that all tested negative. ACTION NEEDED: One routine bacteria sample will need to be collected during the second quarter of 2009. | ||
