| Details: | SUMMARY: Complaints for no pressure/lack of water DETAILS: I contacted Don and he informed me there were 2 homes with broken water lines. Either the heat failed or the homes were left un heated and the water lines ruptured causing large usage. Also the building had a water valve rupture. In order to fix the leak a valve had to be replaced during that time the water was turned off from the reservoir. Town users either had low pressure or no water. I called the people who alerted me of the situation and asked them to please contact the operator before calling this office. ACTION NEEDED: I recommended that a boil water notice be issued. Testing is supposed to take place on Wed, 1/7/09. He tested residual chlorine levels today and they are between .3 - .35ppm. | ||
