| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: Jeff informed Deb Hoy of the positive sample on 9/24/08. It was discovered that the samples were incorrectly labeled and therefore not reported to the state. Repeat samples were drawn on 10/1/08 and were absent for coliform. The 5 routine samples taken on 10/15/08 were also absent. ACTION NEEDED: System is back on track for routine quarterly sampling. | ||
