Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert for first of five temporary routines DETAILS: Carolyn stated the recent test was taken at the well head. Spoke to Karen Kelly and was advised that four repeat samples should be submitted, one up stream, one downstream, one at the original test site and one at the well head. If they come back negative move to five temporary routines in March. If test comes back positive shock chlorinate again submit special sample to see if chlorination worked. If special sample returns positive we will need to problem solve to find out where bacteria is coming from. Carolyn stated that the well pump had been replaced recently. She stated that Stutzman pump shock chlorinated after the new installation. The system did not submit four repeat samples for the January alert. They shock chlorinated the well.
